THE PRICE INCLUDES:  Pre- and final cleaning if not stated differently, local tax, dishtowels, bed clothes, electricity , garden furniture(umbrellas,chairs, tables, sun loungers, use of  BBQ), water and free WiFi access.

AIR CONDITIONING - A/C available for extra fee of 5 euro a day

FOR A STAY UP TO 3 DAYS there are extra charges:

a)+ 30% supplement

b) 25€ final cleaning

RESERVATION - After You send Your request, we will inform You about availability and overall cost. Reservation will be valid only after payment of 30% of total cost(minimum 130 euro) on our bank account  which details will be sent if  You accept our offer.

PAYMENT - The bill needs to be paid in cash.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES - Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
